What makes this market its own
Almelo is home to the plant of the international company Urenco, which mainly produces low-enriched uranium, up to about 6 percent, as fuel for nuclear power stations. The plant also enriches stable isotopes for medical applications, and is supervised by the ANVS, the Dutch nuclear safety authority.

Schematic map, not drawn to the real shape of the area: the cities sit at their real compass bearing and their real distance from the centre, and nothing else is on it. Positions are calculated from the approximate centre of each town, rounded to hundredths of a degree — accurate to about one kilometre. Distances are as the crow flies, rounded to five kilometres, and to one kilometre below ten.
Hengelo, Enschede and Almelo sit close together and people cross those borders without thinking. If you are only known as an Almelo business, you fall outside the view of someone searching a few towns over.
Logistics and manufacturing on XL Businesspark Twente are not discovered by people walking past. They are found by buyers with a technical requirement, and a profile listing opening hours answers none of that.
Around the Grotestraat and the Nieuwstraatkwartier premises change hands often. Move, and your former address keeps circulating for years in directories, navigation systems and on the map itself.
I let your site mention north-west Twente where it reads naturally, with real pages for the towns you actually serve instead of a list of place names stuffed into the footer.
For firms on Dollegoor and the XL estate I write a page per service and per application, so a buyer searching on a specification reaches you rather than a marketplace.
When you relocate I update the business profile, correct every directory still holding the old address, and align the details on your site and in its structured data.
Who I work for here
Sectors, not client names: much of the work runs whitelabel through agencies, and their clients are not mine to display.
You can, but not with one profile trying to sit in two towns. Google ties a business profile to an address. With two genuine branches, each gets its own profile and its own page. With one location you work through a service area and through pages that say something meaningful about what you do in each town.
Yes, but differently than it helps a shop. Your buyers search on technique, material and certification, not on opening hours. The gain sits in service pages that answer those questions, in listings on trade sites, and in data a language model can reuse when somebody asks who in Twente performs a given process. The profile still helps, but it is not the main course.
Only where it touches your own work. If you supply that chain or serve companies inside it, saying so explains what kind of jobs you can handle. If you do not, it is decoration and readers notice. I would rather write about your customers than about the most famous factory in town.
Reviews belong to the profile, not to the address, so they stay as long as you edit the existing profile instead of creating a new one. That second mistake happens more often than you would expect. I change the address, run verification again, and then check that the map, navigation apps and directories all know the new premises.
That happens often. Behind this site sits a platform of more than 25 SEO freelancers and more than 10 marketing agencies working under white label, so collaboration is normal. I take the local and GEO part, and leave the rest with the party that already knows your brand and your tone of voice.
