The platform gijsbodenstaff.nl is managed by a changing collective of independent freelancers without a central legal entity. The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is this collective as a whole. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, given the minimal data processing.

AI-generated content may unintentionally contain existing names, contact details or other personal data as a result of the AI model’s training data. This is an inherent property of large language models.
If you find your personal data in AI-generated content on this platform, you can submit a removal request via the contact address in section 13. The content will be removed as soon as possible.
Such mentions are expressly unintentional and do not constitute a deliberate choice by the platform administrators or Gijs Bodenstaff.
