Access to and use of this platform is intended exclusively for technical professionals in the context of testing activities. The content in no way constitutes a public communication or a commercial offer.

Any GDPR-related requests (access, erasure, rectification) can be submitted in writing via the contact address stated in Article 13.

The platform claims no ownership rights to content posted by users or by AI.

Should AI-generated content unintentionally contain protected material, we ask you to report this via the contact address in Article 13, after which the content will be removed.

The use of third-party brand names or logos on this platform takes place exclusively in a fictitious, test-related context and does not infringe trademark rights, since there is no commercial use or confusing use in the course of trade.

Do you believe your rights are being infringed by content on this platform? You can submit a written request for removal via the contact address stated in Article 13.

The administrators aim to assess such a request within 5 working days and, where necessary, remove the content concerned.

A request for removal does not constitute an acknowledgement of liability by any party.

Gijs Bodenstaff is expressly not a contact person for claims or removal requests and cannot be addressed for these.

These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao, being the country of establishment of the platform administrators.

Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Curaçao. Parties wishing to start proceedings thereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao and the associated costs and logistical consequences.

Before starting legal proceedings, parties are obliged to report the dispute in writing via the contact address in Article 13 and to observe an amicable settlement period of 30 days.

Parties may also choose to submit disputes to an independent arbitrator in Curaçao instead of the civil court.

For written requests concerning liability, removal of content, GDPR requests or other legal correspondence, only the following contact address applies:

Correspondence addressed to Gijs Bodenstaff personally regarding this platform will be regarded as misdirected mail and has no legal effect with respect to the platform administrators.

The administrators reserve the right to amend, supplement or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time.

The most recent version is always available at gijsbodenstaff.nl/algemene-voorwaarden.

When changes are made, the version date at the top of this document is updated. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Given the experimental nature of the platform, changes may take place frequently and without prior notice.
